From article trainees to experienced professionals, everyone at KSMG & CO is trusted with real responsibility: real clients, real deadlines, and the independence to apply their own judgement. That's how people grow: not by observing, but by doing work that matters and owning the outcomes.

Ownership From Day One
You're not here to shadow. You're here to contribute. Our team members handle live engagements, take ownership of deliverables, and are trusted to think through problems independently.
Breadth That Builds Expertise
Clients across industries, from early-stage startups to established corporations. You develop a well-rounded perspective that narrow specialisation simply cannot offer.
Mentorship, Not Micromanagement
Senior professionals are accessible, involved, and invested in your development, but they won't do your thinking for you. We guide and then step back, because that's how real competence is built.
A Practice That Keeps Growing
Twenty-eight years in, we're still expanding: new service lines, new markets, new ways of working. Your career here isn't static; it evolves as the practice does.
People Who Take the Work Seriously, and Each Other Kindly
High standards don't require harsh environments. We hold ourselves to rigorous professional expectations while maintaining a culture of respect, collaboration, and genuine care for the people we work alongside.
Fair Compensation and Professional Support
We offer compensation that reflects the work you do and the value you bring, along with support for professional development, examinations, and continuing education.
