About the Firm

KSMG & CO. is a Chartered Accountancy firm based in Noida. We work with clients across sectors, from owner-managed businesses to mid-size corporates. The firm has active practices in taxation, GST, financial reporting, accounting advisory, and corporate compliance.

The Role

This is an articleship position for candidates who have cleared CA Intermediate (both groups). You will be part of live client work from day one, rotating across practice areas instead of being limited to a single function. By the end of your articleship, you will have a well-rounded understanding of how a CA practice operates.

This is a full-time, in-office role based in Noida.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and reviewing financial statements, schedules, and reporting packages for clients across entity types
• Working on accounting advisory assignments, including Ind AS implementation support, accounting policy documentation, and technical memos
• Assisting with income tax computations, return preparation, and supporting the team during assessment proceedings
• Handling GST return filing (GSTR-1, 3B), reconciliations, and compliance checklists
• Supporting statutory and internal audit engagements as needed
• Preparing ROC filings, incorporation documents, and corporate compliance work under the Companies Act
• Drafting client correspondence, reports, and submissions under guidance from qualified team members
