About the Firm

KSMG & CO. is a Chartered Accountancy firm based in Noida with established practices in financial reporting, taxation, GST, and corporate advisory. Our clients range from early-stage companies and family businesses to mid-market corporates. The firm is in a growth phase, adding new practice areas and expanding its client base.

The Role

This is a Manager-level position for a qualified Chartered Accountant with experience across financial reporting, income tax, and GST. You will lead client engagements, manage relationships, review the team's output, and have a say in how the practice develops. The role carries both technical and people-management responsibility.

This is a full-time, in-office role based in Noida. Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience and expertise.

Responsibilities

  • Handling accounting advisory engagements, policy documentation, and technical memos on non-routine transactions
  • Overseeing statutory audit support, including preparation of audit-ready schedules, coordination with auditors, and resolution of audit observations
  • Managing income tax matters: multi-entity computations, return filings, assessment proceedings, appeals, and representations before tax authorities
  • Advising clients on tax-efficient structures, capital gains planning, and compliance strategy
  • Overseeing GST compliance for a portfolio of clients, including annual returns, ITC reconciliations, classification and valuation advisory, and show-cause responses
  • Leading the preparation and finalization of financial statements under Ind AS and Indian GAAP, including complex areas such as consolidation, related party transactions, and revenue recognition
  • Identifying opportunities to deepen existing client relationships and expand the services we offer them
  • Reviewing work produced by semi-qualified staff and article trainees, providing technical guidance, and building team capability
  • Contributing to proposals, pitch presentations, and internal knowledge-sharing

Who Should Apply

  • Qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA/FCA)
  • Post-qualification experience in a CA firm or professional practice, with demonstrated work across financial reporting, income tax, and GST
  • Good command of Ind AS, Indian GAAP, the Companies Act, Income Tax Act, and GST law
  • Experience managing client relationships and leading engagement delivery independently
  • Good analytical, drafting, and communication skills
  • Comfortable with Tally, advanced Excel, and all major e-filing and compliance portals
  • Someone who is willing to mentor juniors and share what they know with the rest of the team

What You Can Expect Here

The firm is growing, and this role is part of that growth. You will have a direct hand in shaping how the practice evolves, which service areas we invest in, and how the team develops. The client mix keeps the work varied. We run a team where knowledge moves between seniors and juniors, and we expect our managers to be part of that. For the right person, this role leads to partnership and practice leadership.
